Beef Goulash
1/2 1 pound bag of egg noodle
1 lb ground meat beef
1 cup beef beef gravy
1/2 table spoon garlic powder
1 pound fresh mushrooms or 1-2 cans drained
1 pks onion soup seasoning
1 8oz container sour cream
1 onion chopped (optional)
(you can take out onion soup mix and sour cream and just use 1 container French Onion Dip)
Start your rice or noodles to server under the sauce.
Brown your meat along with mushrooms, and onion add your soup seasoning. Add your beef gravy. Add your sour cream and allow to simmer on low. Try NOT to boil it. Once sour cream is warmed with the meat mixture, your ready to serve. You can serve it over your rice, or mix your noodles in with it.
This recipe was very easy and supper fast to do. This was something different for me to eat and make. I would have never thought to make this since its kinda like a Stroganoff- and I DO NOT like stroganoff! But I saw a recipe and it sounded good, so I changed it a little and tried it. And we all liked it!
